Ardoise checks country, payment purpose and actually configured capabilities. FedaPay and CinetPay integrations exist for eligible OHADA journeys; Stripe exists for the platform’s own revenue in eligible journeys. A country list or integration field does not establish that a merchant account, currency and purpose are operational in production.
Generic direct telecom-operator connections are not implemented. Entering operator fields or a secret cannot send USSD requests or verify their payments. Do not treat that path as an available payment method.

Two distinct merchant accounts

Platform credentials are never a fallback for school credentials. Lesson tracking, package balance or a declared paid state are not institute commercial invoicing or accounting. Ardoise is not presented as a payment institution, custodian of Austrian tutoring funds or substitute for Austrian accounting.

Configure an OHADA school

  1. In API Integrations, check the provider offered for the country and tuition purpose.
  2. Use the school’s merchant account and the provider’s supported test mode. Enter required credentials and the callback configuration indicated by the installation; keep secrets out of profiles and messages.
  3. Make an authorised test and verify the payment, invoice allocation and receipt in the school portal.
  4. Enable live payments only after checking provider and country conditions. A configuration variable alone does not prove the journey works.

Verify a payment

The expected amount, currency and beneficiary are determined server-side. Returning in the browser does not confirm payment: the server must verify the provider callback and apply the correct operation. An invalid callback, incorrect amount or unavailable provider must not be treated as paid. If an invoice remains pending, check its provider state, reference and server errors. Verify the callback URL for the correct purpose, credentials and provider-specific verification mechanism. Do not manually mark an invoice paid solely on the basis of a redirect.
